Codelits Studio Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service of Codelits Studio Pvt. Ltd., including CloudX, AiSys, Ascenra, and Finsero (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some Services require paid subscriptions. You authorize us and our payment providers (e.g., Paddle) to charge you for subscription fees on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices may change, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we provide refunds under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases of the same subscription.
• Accidental billing errors (e.g., incorrect charges).
• Failure to deliver the service due to issues on our side.

To request a refund, contact support@codelitsstudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but cancellation will only stop future billing. It will not generate a refund for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials within our Services are owned by or licensed to Codelits Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interfering with system operations, distributing malware, or violating applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of laws. International users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
